Mewass Information System
Abstract
The development of Mewass information system is a comprehensive system that manages all Meru water sewerage's and services company. The system will be able to collect various field problems affecting the organization in one way or another. If services with the given criteria are found, the system will allow for collection of various problems affecting the information communication from the field to the organization and vise vasa. The system will have a collection of various field information for registered members then analyzed by the administrator and then submitted to the management for an action to be done. This features of the system will automate some of the present manually carried out service procedures (obtained registration forms from the organization at Makutano). Thus, if a member post field problems he/she can be informed how/when their problem will be solved through the email address they registered with. When the member information are entered the system will show a service text where they are support to post their field problems. The system will allow the administrator to login and view some of the field problems posted by the members of the system. He/she will then print them after analyzing all of them and submit them to the organization management. Some of the easy problems will be solved and replies given through the email addresses of the memebers.
